What are the advantages of GIENS diaphragm pumps
The powder dosing device can be used in all solid, powder, and liquid drug dispensing equipment. When we can't blindly use and forget to maintain it when we buy it back, the following is the maintenance method for the dry powder dosing metering pump equipment:
1. Electrical system maintenance:
(1) Put enough moisture-proofing agent in the box to prevent the electrical components from being damaged by moisture. Always check whether the moisture-proofing agent is invalid. If it fails, replace it in time.
(2) When stopping operation for a long time, close the main circuit breaker in the box, put enough moisture-proof agent, and close the door.
(3) Regularly check the liquid level, detect the surface contamination of the electrode, and clean the surface of the electrode in time to ensure that the electrode conducts well.
(4) Always check whether the electrical components in the cabinet are abnormal, and whether the wiring and terminals are loose.
2. Maintenance of reducer and motor:
The use of the gear unit should be carried out in accordance with the relevant gear unit instructions. If not stated, replace the lubricant every 3 to 6 months. Lubricating oil should be 70 or EP150 industrial gear oil. The insulation of each motor should be checked every six months. Repair the gear unit according to the operating manual.
3. Maintenance of dosing device:
(1) When the operation is stopped for a long time, the propellant feeding screw, the discharge cylinder and the remaining powder in the medicine box of the screw feeder should be cleaned, the medicine box cover is covered, and the remaining liquid in the three medicine boxes passes. The exhaust valve at the bottom is drained and cleaned with water to shut off the water and external power.
(2) The screw feeder sprocket and chain should be greased frequently.
(3) Check the moisture in the screw feeder and the moisture in the comber weekly and remove any blocks that may form.
(4) Clean the test machine once a week to remove accumulated powder.
(5) Check if the quality of the powder supplied by the screw feeder meets the requirements.
